BARCELUNETTES LIMITED WARRANTY

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship in new BARCELUNETTES eyewear products purchased by customers in the United States on BARCELUNETTES.com. Please read this warranty carefully as it does not cover all situations.

This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser (“you” or “your”) and is non-transferable. Coverage under this warranty is available if you purchased your BARCELUNETTES product online from BARCELUNETTES, Inc. (“BARCELUNETTES,” “us,” “we,” or “our”). Purchases from other sources (opticians, fashion stores, shop in shop) are not covered by this limited warranty. Warranty for these purchases is provided by the original stores where the product was bought.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?
This warranty does not cover problems caused by (i) commercial use, (ii) normal wear and tear, or (iii) misuse, accidents (including but not limited to collisions, fires, and spills), neglect, abuse, alterations, unusual stress, unauthorized modifications, improper repairs, or improper storage. The warranty is void if the product is returned with removed, damaged, or tampered labels or any alterations. BARCELUNETTES DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST SCRATCHED, FRACTURED, OR SHATTERED LENSES. Additionally, consequential, indirect, and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

WARRANTY
This warranty excludes defects from accidents (shocks, crushing, etc.), improper or abusive use, unauthorized modifications, repairs, or adjustments. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the frame or corresponding defective part will be replaced at no cost, excluding ophthalmic lenses which shall not be replaced under any circumstances. It is important to understand that scratched lenses and components of the glasses damaged due to wear and tear are not considered defective. HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?
The warranty period lasts for two (2) years from the documented date of purchase.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
BARCELUNETTES will provide warranty coverage if your claim meets all the terms of this limited warranty and you follow the return procedure below. Failure to follow the return procedure will result in denial of warranty coverage.

To obtain warranty service for BARCELUNETTES eyewear products purchased on BARCELUNETTES.com, please email us warranty@barcelunettes.com to get a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) and a prepaid return shipping label.

If your claim is covered by this warranty, BARCELUNETTES will cover the cost of shipping the product back to you after the warranty service is completed.

Any product returned to BARCELUNETTES without a valid warranty claim, RMA, or proof of purchase may be rejected, returned to you at your cost, or kept for 30 days. After 30 days, if you have not paid for the cost of return shipping, BARCELUNETTES may dispose of your product at its discretion after notifying you by phone or email and giving you a final opportunity to arrange return shipping. By sending a product for warranty service or replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to BARCELUNETTES upon its arrival at our warehouse if a replacement is deemed appropriate.

WHAT WILL BARCELUNETTES DO?
If BARCELUNETTES authorizes the return of your product and your claim is covered by this warranty, BARCELUNETTES will decide whether to repair or replace the defective product. If replacement is necessary, BARCELUNETTES will choose whether to replace it with a new or remanufactured product. If BARCELUNETTES determines that replacement is not reasonable, we may refund the purchase price you paid. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER REPAIRS?
If your BARCELUNETTES eyewear product is not eligible for warranty service under this warranty or if you cannot provide proof of purchase, you may still request repair services from BARCELUNETTES, though charges may apply. Please via info@barcelunettes.com for more information.

GOVERNING LAW
The laws of the State of California govern this limited warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This warranty does not affect additional rights you may have under local laws governing consumer goods. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this warranty may not apply to you.
