Shipping is included in the price of all online orders placed through
barcelunettes.com.
No additional shipping charge will be added at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Delivery times

We ship using UPS or DHL, depending on the destination and the most appropriate available service.

• European Union: approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch
• International destinations: approximately 3 to 7 business days after dispatch

These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to destination, carrier delays, local holidays,
customs processing or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to import customs charges.

For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties,
import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and are determined by the relevant local authorities.
Barcelunettes has no control over these charges.

Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item to Barcelunettes unless the product received
is incorrect, damaged or defective.
