Mediterranean light. Japanese precision.

Eyewear designed in Barcelona,
handmade in Sabae.

Barcelunettes frames begin with the city: its light, its surfaces, its geometry and its quiet architectural rhythm. They are finished by hand in Fukui Prefecture, where eyewear has been made with the same patience for over a century.

Produced in small numbers, in three collections, for people who notice the difference.

Forja Halo block titanium sunglasses in 18K gold with blue acetate ring, worn in profile

The Ferro Collection

Sculpted
for presence.

Ferro is built on block titanium: a deeper profile than the fine rim-wire construction used across most of the category.

That additional depth is what makes the geometry possible. Bevels, contour transitions and expressive side silhouettes that a conventional titanium structure cannot hold, while the frame keeps the lightness titanium is chosen for.

Designed in Barcelona. Handmade in Sabae, Japan.

Three collections

One hand, three languages.

Sabae, Japan

Made where eyewear
has always been made.

Sabae has produced frames for more than a century. Titanium expertise, acetate finishing, polishing, alignment and fitting still depend on skilled hands and a meticulous eye.

The evidence is in the object: the bevel that holds its line, the hinge that closes the same way in ten years, the surface that keeps its depth.
